Are there wizards or tutorials available for Windows Vista?

I have seen those commercials where the kids may make collages using Vista or they have figured out to record tv from the computer with the same program. I would like to know how to do this are their any tutorials for this program.Are there wizards or tutorials available for Windows Vista?

1. Press the Microsoft flag key or click on the flag icon bottom left of screen.





2. Type in the Start search bar at bottom of list:





聽聽聽welcome center 聽聽press ENTER key





3. Now you can double click ';What's new in Windows Vista'; for general help tutorials. Also, as you are interested in that TV stuff, you might prefer to skip that and double click the ';Windows Media Center'; icon instead which will lead you through setting up this option, and has tutorials in it to help you record TV etcetera.
